Description
Position Summary - He/she is part of the operations center and is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, friendly service to customers, prospective customers, and bank employees seeking assistance with financial services. The customer support specialist expands relationships through the accurate and timely processing of request by phone. He/she actively promotes new business banking products and services. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the Bank and Department objectives.
This position will provide administrative support duties as required.
