About the Role:

We're seeking a entry-level R&D Technician with hands-on experience in ATV/Side by Side maintenance to join our TUFR team. As an R&D Tech, you'll support and provide testing, configuring, and creating installation resources for our innovative powersports products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Connector Fitting and Wiring: Execute basic wiring configurations and fit electrical connectors with precision.
• Field Testing: Conduct field testing on ATVs, Side by Sides, and other powersports vehicles to validate product performance.
• Installation Video Creation: Create clear, step-by-step installation videos for our products on various powersports vehicles.

Requirements:

• Experience in ATV/Side by Side Maintenance: Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures for ATVs and Side by Sides.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of electrical wiring, connector fitting, and basic vehicle mechanics.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain installation steps and product features in video format.
