Job Summary

Supports the Sales department and customers by explaining and identifying the best finance and leasing options to meet each individual customer's needs. Once the customer selects a vehicle and agrees to the terms, the Finance Manager collaborates with the customer to prepare all sales transaction documents. The Finance Manager will also present the customer with available finance products that meet their needs. Once that is complete, the Finance Manager ensures all documents are finalized in a timely manner and that the financial arrangements are concluded accurately and successfully, while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales expertise to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Qualifications
  • Availability and Flexibility

  • Experience and Education
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous sales experience preferred (Teton Auto Group Sales experience is a plus)
