Ambassadors Football Pittsburgh is seeking a passionate and mission-aligned individual to join our Advisory Board as a Volunteer Fundraising & Development Advisor. This role is ideal for someone with experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, or event planning who desires to use their skills to make a lasting impact on youth and communities through the power of sport and faith.

As a strategic partner in our mission to share the good news of Jesus through football, this advisory board member will play a key role in helping us grow our financial capacity and expand our reach. You will work closely with the Area Director and fellow board members to guide fundraising initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, and help shape the future of a ministry that is transforming lives on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and leadership on fundraising campaigns, events, and donor cultivation strategies.
• Help identify, connect with, and steward individual donors, churches, and business sponsors.
• Support grant-writing efforts and introductions to foundation contacts.
• Assist in planning and promoting special fundraising events (e.g., Day of Giving Dinner).
• Attend quarterly board meetings and provide ongoing support as needed (estimated 4–6 hours/month).
