This role serves as the primary accountable leader for project performance, integrating field execution, commercial management, and cross‑functional coordination.The Senior Project Manager owns project outcomes including safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, controls, and compliance standards. This role partners closely with the Site Program Manager and provides leadership to Construction Managers and field teams to deliver predictable, high‑quality results in a regulated DOE environment.What You'll DoOwn full project lifecycle from mobilization through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and contractual commitmentsLead and oversee onsite construction execution through Construction Managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and craft resourcesTranslate program-level objectives into executable plans while ensuring coordination across field and functional teamsChampion safety by ensuring Quanta safety standards are embedded across all project activities, including field audits and safety leadershipOwn project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change order managementManage and maintain integrated project schedules, productivity tracking, and coordination of inspections, outages, and customer constraintsEnsure audit-ready documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, daily reports, and inspection records in compliance with DOE and federal requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for DOE representatives and site stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships and driving issue resolutionIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and executionCoordinate with internal teams including Finance, HR, Safety/Quality, PMO, and Commercial Excellence to ensure successful project deliveryProvide leadership, direction, and oversight to field teams while reinforcing accountability, execution discipline, and performance expectationsSupport program-level reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activitiesPerform additional duties and responsibilities as requiredWhat You'll BringRequired Education and Experience10–15+ years of construction project management experience with increasing responsibility in field and project leadership rolesExperience managing full project lifecycle including commercial, schedule, and execution accountabilityExperience working in federal, DOE, industrial, nuclear, or highly regulated environments preferredDemonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors across complex construction scopesStrong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and change managementProven ability to manage risk, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes in a dynamic environmentAbility to maintain audit-ready project documentationAbility to meet DOE site access and background requirementsPreferred Education and ExperiencePrior DOE site experience (Pantex experience highly desirable)Active or previously held DOE 'Q' clearance or HRP eligibilityBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Licenses and CertificationsRequired Licenses/CertificationsValid driver's license and ability to access DOE facilitiesPreferred Licenses/CertificationsPMP, CCM, or similar professional certificationSupervisory ResponsibilitiesProvides oversight of subcontractors, vendors, and craft personnel operating on the project site.Work EnvironmentFull-time onsite at DOE Pantex facilityAn active construction environment requiring mobility, PPE use, and field presenceStrict adherence to security, escort, and information-control protocolsCultural ExpectationsThis role must embody the One QGS Way – prioritizing safety, accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
