* We pay for performance. The *average wage is $22 per hour* after training. We pay weekly and checks after training run $700-$900 on a full schedule.

* This is a very independent position so self motivation and honesty is a must.

* Your typical day starts between 8:00-9:00 and is over between 2:30-3:30 Monday-Friday (some weekends optional). Some days until 5:00. Our full time 25-40 hours will occur between the hours of 8:00-5:00. Occasionally days are shorter and some days are longer. Over time we build your schedule as close to your home as possible so you go straight to the job from your home. You are only required to fill up supplies at the home office one time per week. *Although our door is always open.*

* The average checks paid weekly gross $500-$700 however, you may see checks nearing $800-$900 per week on a full schedule after training as long as you are available to take the work.
