Job Summary: As a Rosie, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling online orders for our customers. Your responsibilities will include accurately selecting and packing items from our inventory to fulfill online orders, ensuring that orders are completed efficiently and on time. Join us in providing convenient and quality service to our online customers.
Examples of Duties:
* Review online orders and select items from the store inventory to fulfill each order.
* Ensure accuracy in selecting items, paying attention to product descriptions, sizes, and quantities.
* Pack items securely and neatly for delivery or pickup, following packaging guidelines and instructions.
* Coordinate with store management and delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status and any substitutions or out-of-stock items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the online shopping area, including storage areas and workstations.
* Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
Knowledge:
* Basic knowledge of grocery store layout and product locations.
* Familiarity with online shopping platforms and systems (training provided).
* Understanding of safety protocols and procedures for handling products.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy carts.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms.
