The Supervisor will provide leadership to Crafts that perform maintenance across the Naval Reactors Facility. The Craft Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Responsible for the technical and professional development of direct reports.• Effectively collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.• Exercise leadership qualities to influence and enlist the support of direct reports in the accomplishment of the unit's and the Laboratory's goals.• Ensure the correct and timely execution of technical and skill of the craft work.• May serve as a member on one or more Company standing committees.• Create weekly, short term, and long-term schedules for direct reports and equipment maintenance.• Maintain qualifications as listed below.• Provide resources to support scheduled and emergent work.If required, the selected candidate may need to qualify as a contamination worker, NRF Facilities Operations Supervisor, Production Radiological Controls Supervisor, Lock Out Tag Out supervisor, Satellite Accumulation Area Operator, Confined Space and Excavation supervisor and any other environmental or safety qualification deemed necessary.
