This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sanitation shift. Manages plant personnel. Responsible for following and upholding all safety policies and procedures established for the facility. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Prioritizes food quality and maintains food safety, through the vigilant application of company SSOPs, GM - Ps and the master sanitation schedule. Understands chemical usage, chemical titration, and chemical safety. Understands goals, yields, variances and calculations.
