Job purpose
Warehouse Associate team members help to ensure effective line efficiency and packaging of our products. This position ensures proper packing, stacking and palletizing of our product. While also focusing on the safety and quality of our product and its packaging.
Main Responsibilities
- Adhere to Idahoan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
- Taping, coding, and palletizing of boxes and cases.
- Loading film, cartons, and cases into machinery.
- Must be able to closely follow directions from the Supervisors/Leads and to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure the proper code is being printed on the package, carton, pallet, or case.
- Visually inspect product pouches, cartons, codes, and cases to ensure quality.
- Notify Supervisor/Lead of any abnormalities with the system or products.
- Complete any special project/assignment as assigned by the Supervisors/Leads or management.
- Acceptable attendance is a crucial part of this job, and all incumbents must adhere to the company's attendance policy.

Qualifications/Required Skills- Experience
- Previous experience working around packaging equipment preferred.
- Certifications
- Company training will be provided for forklift and lockout/tagout policies at Idahoan's discretion.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Able to communicate with team members to ensure that there are no errors, proper pallet patterns are followed and pallets are correctly tagged.
- Able to read, write, and understand daily job specific communication.
- Actively be considerate for your own safety and the safety of others is essential.
Other Details Work Environment: Capable of consistently lifting up to 50 lbs. utilizing proper ergonomic practices. Capable of consistently standing, walking, bending and using stairs on cement surfaces. Capable of consistent movement of hands, arms, and shoulders. Able to work under pressure with time limitations. Capable of working in a warm, dry, and well-ventilated environment on 10 hour shifts.
