Document Controls Specialist- Kiewit Nuclear Solutions-Idaho Falls, ID at Kiewit in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Requisition ID: 176518 Job Level: Mid Level Home District/Group: Kiewit Nuclear Solutions Department: Document Controls Market: Nuclear Employment Type: Full Time Position Overview The Document Control Specialist shall be skilled in using technology to complete their tasks. They are primarily responsible for independently administering and managing the project document control system(s), including logging, transiting, and distributing all relevant documents into the system and distributing them to the appropriate project team members. The DCS is also responsible for coordinating/collaborating with project staff to help facilitate and expedite the project team's efficiencies. They should communicate/collaborate well with a large team to coordinate and complete multiple responsibilities on a deadline. For this position, it may be necessary to secure a Department of Energy Security Clearance (Q) and background check which will be processed during onboarding.
