THE ROLE
The Director, Program reports to the Senior Director, Program or the Managing Director, Program. In this role, you will work directly with our Texas Education Agency clients to lead a portfolio of projects focused on the use of high-quality instructional materials to improve student learning as well as support the development of our service models and our business development efforts. This role requires effective relationship development skills, superb project and people management, and the ability to coach leaders and facilitate adult learning for K - 12 educators.
A successful candidate will possess strong instructional leadership instincts, experience across content areas, and knowledge of college and career-ready standards and high-quality instructional materials. This position can be based from a home office anywhere in the U.S. Depending on location, expected travel time is 20 - 30%.
