The City of Idaho Falls is accepting applications for a full-time Mechanical Inspector. This position performs a variety of professional duties related to the inspection of residential and commercial structures for conformity to current adopted City of Idaho Falls HVAC codes, and local amendments. SUPERVISION RECEIVED - Works under general supervision of the Chief Plumbing/ Mechanical Inspector and Chief Building Official. SUPERVISION EXERCISED - None This position will remain open until filled. but we will begin interviewing applicants on July 16th.
