Manage daily administrative operations including establishing work priorities and assisting in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations. Aid and assist office personnel across the Division territory in executing their goals. Review monthly financials and assist with fiscal planning to Office expenses. Oversee and/or process payroll time sheets, PTO documents, travel reimbursements, and/or employment documents for the facility including drivers, maintenance employees, and office staff.
