Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / Administrator to join our team on a 1099 contract basis, starting part-time with the potential to transition to full-time within 60 days. This remote role supports internal operations and client-facing HR services across multiple industries.

Youll work closely with HR consultants and client teams, supporting everything from onboarding to compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management for internal and client teams

  • Maintain accurate employee records in various HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Paycom)

  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities

  • Assist in coordinating payroll-related tasks (timesheet collection, data review, etc.)

  • Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and HR documents

  • Help maintain employee handbooks and ensure compliance with employment regulations

  • Schedule meetings and interviews for HR consultants and client contacts

  • Track and report HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, employee status updates)

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and communications

  • Help manage administrative processes for multiple clients simultaneously

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 12 years of HR or administrative experience (consulting or multi-client support is a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with remote, independent work and shifting priorities

  • Experience with HR platforms like ADP, BambooHR, Paycom, or similar

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $2025/hour (based on experience)

  • Status: 1099 independent contractor

  • Schedule: Part-time to start (1020 hrs/week), with the potential to grow into full-time (3040 hrs/week)

  • Remote: Fully remote role with flexible scheduling to accommodate a healthy work-life balance
