The Maintenance Clerk is responsible to provide administrative support, data entry, generate reports, and schedule work orders for the Maintenance Department. This technical administrative position involves data entry and addressing work assignments within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Additionally, the Maintenance Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all work requests are accurately entered into the CMMS and properly coded for ensure that the work request is properly addressed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Creating and assigning work orders and reporting on the completion rates of work orders and material use. Scheduling preventative maintenance and updating of preventative maintenance procedures under the direction of a lead, supervisor, or manager.
