Job Details

The person in this position will tend machines that perform one or more production or packaging functions. This may consist of box building, sleeving, box closer, or shrink wrapping while performing other duties. Accountabilities: Safety 1st. Follows all workplace safety rules. Starts machine and observes operation to detect any malfunctions. Must prioritize food quality and maintain food safety, through the vigilant application of company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ensure all connections to machines are correct. Utilize all required PPE for the assigned job. Verify the surfaces of the machines of the machines and components are sanitary and in good working condition. Confirm product specification is met prior to machine operation. Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
