This position is a general labor position and will be responsible for disassembling and assembling equipment used for production for the purpose of cleaning and sanitizing. Accountabilities: Safety 1st. Follow all workplace safety rules. Clean equipment in production and storage areas in preparation for food manufacturing. Cleaning may include use of chemicals, manual scrubbing. Cleaning may involve use of lifts, ladders and other tools. Disassemble and assemble machinery and equipment as required for cleaning and inspection Complete all required documentation following task completion and conduct post-sanitation inspections Perform duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor. Perform titration of sanitation chemicals to verify proper concentrations. Understand SSOPs, GMPs and safety requirements Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
