With over 80 years of industry success and a reputation for exceptional employee benefits, Suncore is the place where your hard work leads to career growth.Things You'll Do* Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.* Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.* Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.* Dig ditches or trenches and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes.* Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.* Layout materials for setting concrete forms.* Learn how to set concrete forms for sidewalks and curb and gutters.* Strip, clean and put away concrete forms.Requirements* Must be 18 years or older.* Attention and commitment to safety.* Ability to work well with others in a team environment.* A strong work ethic.* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.* Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.* Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.BenefitsAt Suncore, we value people.
