About the Role:

Token Metrics is seeking a visionary leader to drive their marketing and communications efforts in the Web3 space. This role involves crafting and leading marketing strategies, managing communications, building brand awareness, and fostering a strong community around Token Metrics crypto analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and user acquisition in the crypto analytics sector.
• Innovative Product Marketing: Lead marketing campaigns for product launches with data-driven growth hacking approaches.
• Corporate Communications: Manage PR, media relations, and articulate the companys mission to establish Token Metrics as a thought leader.
• Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a compelling brand identity consistent across all channels.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online crypto community to enhance brand loyalty.
• Content Leadership: Oversee engaging content creation and distribution, especially on YouTube and Twitter/X.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and sales to align marketing with company goals.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and results.

Requirements:

• Crypto Market Mastery: Strong knowledge and experience in blockchain and crypto marketing with a proven track record.
• Marketing Leadership: Minimum 7 years in marketing with at least 4 years in leadership roles within crypto, fintech, or related fields.
• Growth Hacking Expertise: Experience with crypto/SaaS product launches and creative growth strategies.
• Corporate Communication Skills: Skilled in managing corporate communications and media relations.
• Community Building: Proven success in engaging and growing online crypto communities.
• Content Strategy: Expertise in content creation and strategy, focusing on video and crypto narratives.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. Masters degree or professional marketing/blockchain certifications preferred.
