Overview

A Business Analyst II helps implement technology solutions cost-effectively by determining project or program requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. They will collaborate with the Product Management group, user experience/design team, sales, business development, Digital Marketing, customer care, and technical development. The role requires balancing urgent small-scale tasks with innovative digital improvements to enhance Melaleuca's digital effectiveness and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new features, functions, and bugs for IT products
• Gather requirements from business units
• Work with Product Owners and Technical teams to develop solutions to business problems
• Author requirement specification documents with detailed guidance for development, operations, and QA teams
• Simplify and communicate business requirements across all organizational levels
• Define, implement, evaluate, and refine product training materials
• Provide expert-level support for IT products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product management
• Proven success in product implementation and understanding of product lifecycle management
• Experience in ecommerce or enterprise software, especially in business analysis or product management
• Results-oriented with attention to detail in stakeholder input interpretation and product roadmap development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience analyzing consumer and customer insights
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into product features
• Experience leading or collaborating in cross-functional teams for web-based solutions
