Line Associate (Housekeeping)

Job Description

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend designated areas of our facilities. As part of our team in our manufacturing facility in Shelley, you ensure our facility is clean and in orderly condition.

In this role, you will:

1. Maintain Clean Facilities Daily and perform custodial duties including Bathrooms, Locker Room, Break Room, Offices, Operations, etc.
2. Detailed and In-depth cleaning and sanitation of each operations area from debris, materials, and pests.
3. Assists and supports in pest control prevention by reporting any pest issues
4. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
5. Comply with BAF health and safety policies
6. Other duties as assigned

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable attendance and commitment to shift schedule
• Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to do repetitive tasks and detail-oriented is needed
• Willing and able to understand good manufacturing and safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required as is a willingness to assist wherever needed
