Responsible for programming, executing, and supervising engineering design, construction, installation and/or ongoing engineering support of facilities, systems, and technical policies and procedures. Coordinates with various internal teams to ensures resources are available for projects, standard tools are available to perform tasks, and in the monitoring progress and processes. Coach and mentor direct reports for continued advancement of capabilities and career progression. Conduct periodic performance reviews of direct reports, providing constructive feedback and performance/development goal. Oversight of product created by members of the group to ensure quality work. Assign and manage design engineering teams to meet technical and project requirements on-time and within cost allocations.
