Job Details

Provides classroom and laboratory instruction to students in Workforce Training and Continuing Educations welding programs. Typical Job Functions Provides instruction to students and develops related instructional materials as needed (such as syllabus, lectures, course materials, evaluation tools, classroom activities, and others)Instructs and evaluates students in theory and laboratory Designs challenging theory and lab exercises Updates syllabi as required. Maintains student records Attends meetings as requested Maintains inventory and upkeep, and updates equipment as required and feasible to stay current to industry standardsAbility to work well with others Self-starter Ability to motivate others Dependable. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of welding industry experience.
