Knows and follows nutritional guidelines. Participates in the preparation and serving of food. Prepares and packs food to be sent to satellite schools. Participates in the cleaning of kitchen, serving, storage, and dining areas. Knows and follows health and sanitation procedures. Performs dishwashing duties as assigned. Performs major cleaning assignments at regularly scheduled intervals as directed by the cafeteria manager. Assumes responsibility for storage and disposal of unused foods. Maintains high standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains accurate records and completes assigned paperwork. Performs all other duties as assigned.
