Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Hybrid schedule (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays, work-from-home other days). Pay: $18/hr. Daily tasks will include using the instant message feature on websites to assist customers as needed.
Qualifications: Entry level with at least 1 year of customer service experience (IM/email/phone support preferred). Must be fluent in Zoom, Teams, Skype, and Outlook. Bilingual is a plus. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, reliable internet for when working from home, and ability to multitask.
