Transfer contract requirements and user needs to HMI concepts and designs. Demonstrate strong management skills, including leading a team, backlog management, and prioritization of tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Identify, develop, and apply appropriate HMI criteria, tools, methodologies, and processes to the SCADA systems being implemented. Your Expertise:Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person. Bachelors degree in a related engineering field 5 years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience with at least 1 year of lead experience. Experience working in Agile teams. Experience in documentation and specification of HMI concepts. Familiarity with nuclear and/or industry standards (ISO, SAE, NUREG-0700, etc.) and regulation related to HMI - Experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
