We have a job opening for a full-time Director, Marketing in our Tiffin, OH location or remote. The primary role of the Director is to lead and inspire a high-performing team while also serving as a hands-on individual contributor responsible for driving brand strategy, elevating creative design, and developing compelling marketing content. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all channels, overseeing the creation of impactful visual assets, and crafting persuasive presentation proposals that support business development and strategic initiatives. In addition to managing day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you will also be responsible for content creation that aligns with company goals and resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all marketing efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Hiring, training and development of strong high potential individuals.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with members of the team with the dual purpose of gaining insight and knowledge as well as the evaluation of their direct reports for the purpose of coaching and providing personal development.
  • Lead people and processes to meet marketing objectives as dictated by the yearly goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners and suppliers towards the goal of keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry and business in an effort to develop the most innovative, cutting edge marketing strategy.
  • Provide clear understanding and constant feedback to direct reports on their progress toward agreed upon goals and objectives, customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Provide timely communication of all aspects of the performance management including setting goals and objectives, progress toward those goals and year end results.
  • Collaborate with the SEVP, Sales and others in providing strong communication channels and the sharing of information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent to combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, email, events, and traditional).
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital transformation strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Work Location:

This role is located in Tiffin, OH or remote.

Compensation: $85,280.00- $120,000.00
