Our Insurance Coverage team has openings in California and is open to REMOTE work for the right candidate. The hiredcandidates will work with insurers concerning insurance coverage, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. This is a team environment with opportunity and experience to be had. The position requires admission to practice in California. Remote or hybrid work options will be considered for the right candidate.

Role

Role Overview: We seek a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience to manage complex litigation matters, provide strategic counsel on insurance disputes, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance coverage litigation matters for insureds and insurers.
• Provide strategic counsel on insurance disputes and coverage issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, ADR proceedings, and related legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Insurance Coverage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 $250,000, depending on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Benefits include:
