Walk in the Cold is our biggest fundraising event of the year. Held in March, this 5K is a great way to get involved and help Idaho Falls Rescue Mission raise funds.

This is a vital role in making this even successful. We have 2 volunteers on every turn of the 5K to ensure the participants stay on the right path.

So the Traffic Lead and the Assistant Traffic Lead would help us to:

• Assign and coordinate volunteer roles at key positions throughout the pathway to ensure smooth navigation.
• This role requires attendance at occasional planning meetings leading up to the event and full-day availability. These meetings start in October, once a month, and increase after the new year, leading up to the event held on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
