As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner. Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints. Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews. Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights.
