Were known for our professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach and were looking for dependable, skilled HVAC professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a trusted local team.

We are collecting applications for upcoming HVAC Journeyman roles, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, cross-trained service company that values excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and system diagnostics
• Communicate maintenance recommendations and system performance insights to customers
• Complete all service documentation accurately and efficiently
  
  

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC License (required)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components
• EPA certification but not required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses
