This position offers an opportunity to join the international innovation firm HWKN Architecture, contributing to some of the most ambitious design projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

HWKN Architecture seeks an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to lead multiple project teams from concept through design development while advancing AI-integrated workflows. The successful candidate will combine design excellence with disciplined project management to deliver distinguished hospitality and mixed-use interiors.

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate and refine AI tools within the design process to enhance creativity and possibilities.
2. Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept and design development for luxury hospitality and mixed-use projects.
3. Oversee materials, finishes, millwork, FF&E, and OS&E.
4. Manage schedules and client communication to meet deadlines; review contract scope with the management team to align on processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

1. 710 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in luxury hospitality interiors.
2. Accredited bachelors or masters degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
3. A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design thinking and compelling narrative skills.
4. Proficiency in Rhino; working knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
5. Expertise in finishes, millwork, FF&E, OS&E, and specification writing.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented leader thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
7. Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Full-time, non-exempt employment.
2. Salary range: $95,000 $125,000, commensurate with experience.
3. Hybrid work flexibility per office policy.
