Description:

  • graduated in economic studies, real estate and/or accountancy knowledge is an advantage
  • min. 3 years professional experience
  • driving license with driving experience
  • fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • good commercial and technical understanding
  • result-oriented and cooperative personality
  • excellent written and verbal communication in Czech and English
  • strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • adaptability and flexibility to new challenges
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but also independently
  • ability to coordinate long term projects
  • flexibility and willingness to travel

  • administrative support of the Group's corporate real estate management activities
  • proving and managing incoming invoices, issuing invoices (lease fee, utility charges, etc.) and managing the invoicing procedures, indexations etc.
  • maintaining contact and cooperation with connecting business fields (finance, tax departments, cost accounting, treasury, etc.)
  • participation in controlling and reporting
  • preparation of tax reports for the real estates
  • maintenance of the internal real estate data base
  • asset management and project management tasks for the group´s real estate portfolio (ownership and lease) mainly industrial
  • coordination and monitoring of FM (facility management) partner activities with cost and quality control
  • contact person for public authorities, landlords, tenants, internal corporate users, buyers and sellers of real estate
  • cooperation with real estate agents, lawyers, notary, and valuators
  • support of the negotiation of lease agreements, sales/purchase agreements
  • commercial support of investments projects
  • supporting coordination of sustainability projects
