About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where your contributions will enhance store operations and customer satisfaction. In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in processing freight and replenishing inventory efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Unload truck shipments and manage stockroom operations to ensure timely product availability.
• Replenish the sales floor based on inventory needs and seasonal shifts to maintain an appealing shopping environment.
• Welcome customers warmly, providing assistance and guidance on products and services.
• Adhere to product protection standards to safeguard our merchandise.
• Participate in onboarding and training new team members on Kohl's brand standards and operational procedures, as directed.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Strong customer service abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Availability for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
