Your Role:

As a warehouse associate, you will have the opportunity to work in various positions, including:

• Order Picker: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders to meet daily production goals, including picking items at elevated levels while following safety protocols.
• Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to ensure your work area is ready for the next shift, while maintaining safety standards.
• Bulk Selector: Select and pack products, pull totes, and stock merchandise, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Custodian: Keep the facility clean through general cleaning and maintenance, including restrooms, floors, and windows, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Please note that as an SC1 associate, you may be assigned to any of these roles based on operational needs.

What You Bring:

• Strong counting and basic math skills.
• A collaborative mindset to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to quickly adopt safety procedures and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Readiness to work in environments with varying seasonal temperatures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Accountability for your assigned tasks and schedule.
• Understanding and adherence to job responsibilities and safety protocols.
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed for full-time roles.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 70 pounds manually.
• Mandatory use of safety composite shoes.
• Physical capability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting or related fields, such as customer service or package handling.

• Pay Rate: $19.25/hour (including a $1.00/hour shift differential)
