Your Role as a Speech Therapist

In this position, your journey includes:

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Monitoring and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating and recognizing patient achievements along the journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree coupled with field experience.
