Position Summary: This position is responsible for the general daily care of psychologically, emotionally and intellectually impaired patients assigned by a clinician or clinical manager. This position organizes the resources necessary to accomplish discharge goals established in the recovery plan for patients. Gathers sufficient information from all relevant sources in order to plan for the discharge of the patients assigned. Determines the discharge plan's effectiveness and discusses options with the clinician and doctors.
Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date. Driver License No Travel Required No experience Required Years of Experience.
