About the Role:

As a Treatment Specialist, youll be the voice of the LaserAway experience. Youll connect with potential patients through calls, texts, and virtual consultations to educate, guide, and close sales helping each patient design a treatment plan tailored to their goals.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to educate and close sales
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing patients
• Present customized treatment plans and financing options
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Partner with regional and in-clinic teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

Who Thrives Here:

• 5+ years of inside or consultative sales experience preferred
• Background in luxury, DTC, or high-value service sales
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Weekend and evening availability required
