Job Title: Remote Customer Service / Help Desk Analyst (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Role: Were hiring a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Help Desk Analyst to support our customers remotely. Youll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers get fast, helpful support.

This role is open to candidates in the USA and Canada, with flexible hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers by phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Keep clear records of customer issues
  • Follow support steps and escalate when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service every time

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience in customer service or tech support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently from home
  • Comfortable using help desk tools (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Quiet home setup with reliable internet
