Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in insurance coverage and content. The successful candidate will manage mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service to the valued clients.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
• Incentives: 5% commission on all new business written (average $1,000-$2,000 monthly in commissions).

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, condo, recreational vehicles, secondary and high-value homes, boats/yachts, antique/exotic cars, and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle accounts with premiums averaging $10,000 and up to $100,000.
• Utilize Applied EPIC and Singlepoint software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, Foremost, Hagerty, MAPFRE, Plymouth Rock, Safety, Quincy Mutual, and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverage and Massachusetts RMV regulations.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts RMV processes and insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in using Applied EPIC and Singlepoint software is preferred.
• Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
