Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes
• Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with business strategies
• Document common solutions including configuration documents and process flows
• Assist in data mapping activities and testing to ensure successful system implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in order to cash (OTC) workstream processes or programming
• Strong understanding of finance processes, contract lifecycle, and government reporting requirements
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and data management
• Experience with agile frameworks in software development and implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
• Ability to successfully translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements
• Familiarity with bolt-on applications and making recommendations based on functional requirements
