What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with a cross?functional team to gather global requirements and design Order?to?Cash (OTC) business processes
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure comprehensive understanding of process requirements
• Own system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the OTC solution meets organizational needs
• Contribute to the design and delivery of end?user training and engagement materials
• Support the successful adoption of new processes and system usage across global teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Knowledge of the Order?to?Cash process, including Customer Master Data, Order Management, and Billing
• Strong understanding of how OTC processes interact with other functions such as Finance and Logistics
• Ability to work effectively with a remote team in a global environment
• Strong results orientation with a focus on delivering value to the business
• Experience with SAP implementation or process design is preferred but not required

• Experience leading testing plans for ERP implementations
