***A Large Healthcare Company is looking to hire an HR Generalist for a 100% remote, 5 month Contract with opportunity for Extension***Description:The Human Resource Generalist will assist within a well known health care company with their data integration to Oracle HR System. This role will mainly will work within Excel to create and edit reports for leaders within the company.Top Skills Details:1. Excel- Pivot Tables, V-look Ups, Macros candidates are spending 95% of the time creating and editing reports for company leaders2. Work Day HR Systems experience as candidates are assisting with the data migration to Oracle3. 2-3 years of HRIS system experience- needs to be recent can come from a contract experience but needs to be completed successfully.Additional Skills & Qualifications:+ Candidates must have two the three years of recent Human Resource experience ( PHR bonus)+ Knowledge of Excel ( Pivot Tables and V-look Ups).+ Candidates that have experience within Oracle, Work Day or Lawson are preferred.+ Previous Hospital/Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.+ Bachelors degree or higherAdditional Details:+ Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm PST+ 100% Remote+ 5 Month Contract with opportunity for extensionAbout Aston Carter:At Aston Carter, we're dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
