What You'll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Create: Work with our company president to proactively design, shoot, narrate, create and engaging video content for our current and future clients.
• We want our content to:
  • Inspire: Social media posting will inspire, connect and inform our audience.
  • Nurture Relationships: Design content to let our clients know what we can do for them and why they need our services
  • Engagement: Help our audience engage with and understand who we are as a company

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understanding
• Efficient skills in social media posting and strategic planning

Additional Skills & Expectations:

• Disciplined, proactive, consistent, and self-motivated-constantly seeking knowledge and ways to innovate. This is best described as those who ask what else they can do rather than waiting to be told what's next.
• Professional presentation: maintain a polished appearance and impeccable hygiene since you'll often be the face of Arcane Marketing to clients and potential clients.
• Willingness to achieve and maintain industry certifications (Google Analytics, Ads, and more). *The more you know, the more valuable you become.
• We want you to grow here. As you improve and demonstrate results, you'll see upward potential in both responsibility and compensation.

Work Environment & Hours:

• Flexible working arrangements: on-site and remote.
• Expect some variation in your schedule. Early mornings, late afternoons, or occasional travel might pop up to attend events, meet with clients, or close important deals.
