Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Temp to Hire
  • Location: Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma
  • Pay Rate: $17.50 - $20.00 (depending on location)
  • Shift: Must start by December 8th or January 5th

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer concerns regarding service quality and terms, striving to accommodate requests for retention.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and e-transactions related to orders, payments, and account services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Address invoice inquiries, order discrepancies, and customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in databases to maintain account history.
  • Issue customer credits and track order shipments diligently.
  • Work closely with internal departments and management for effective problem resolution.
  • Perform additional duties related to the specialist role as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent telephone skills.
  • Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
