Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze new Government Account opportunities for long-term growth
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned Government Accounts
  • Prepare and negotiate business proposals while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Communicate progress and strategic alignment to the broader commercial sales organization
  • Lead the creation and implementation of key presentations for government and public sector clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or strategic-level relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in government contracting or public sector sales
  • Proven track record of achieving financial metrics aligned with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to assess growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with industry trends and public sector needs
