Join our team as a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate where you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. In this position, you will be responsible for effectively handling product deliveries and stockroom tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products, including unloading truck shipments, managing stockroom operations, and fulfilling online orders.
• Restock the sales floor according to product sales trends and seasonal changes.
• Warmly greet customers and assist them with inquiries about products and services.
• Follow all product protection protocols to ensure the safety and security of merchandise.
• Help train new hires on Kohl's brand standards, inventory procedures, and the available tools and resources.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• No previous retail experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles is advantageous.

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more with assistance.
• Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to visually inspect merchandise and verify information.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

Starting Pay: $13.00
