Asphalt Paving Foreman

Take the lead as an Asphalt Paving Foreman at Suncore Construction & Materials! Suncore is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to operate CAT 1055 and 655 pavers, lead asphalt crews, and ensure smooth, efficient paving operations. Things You'll Do:

• Operate CAT 1055 and 655 pavers efficiently and safely.
• Direct and teach asphalt laborers.
• Prepare paver for the next day by cleaning, greasing, and performing minor repairs.
• Clean out paver at end of the day and get it ready for the next day by greasing and doing minor repairs, using a grease gun, oilcan, or hand tools.
• Set up paver with automatics.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Know how to set up and run the paver with System 5 TopCon automatics.
• Understand asphalt paving procedures.
• Experience operating the CAT 1055 and 655 pavers.
• The ability to sit for long periods, work in the heat, bend, and lift.
