The primary responsibilities of the Operator Helper position will include but not be limited to the following: facilitate the movement of product, materials, etc., dumping/packing/stacking, operation of the production line, and basic equipment operation under the operator's direction. The Operator Helper position will require the ability to perform work in one or more of the following areas: flake drums, production line, raw receiving, fluming, sorters/bins, receiving, and/or dumping/packing/stacking. It will require the use of the company's inventory management system and to be certified to operate a forklift. Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy while working independently and professionally.
